TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

I have been in private practice since 2018. In my practice, I provide therapy for teens, adults, and couples. I also conduct various types of evaluations, and specialize in evaluations related to parenting and forensic contexts.

In addition to working as therapist and evaluator, I have taught psychology to graduate students at the University of Denver and undergraduate students at Regis University. I currently teach/supervise doctoral students in providing psychotherapy and conducting psychological evaluations at the University of Denver, and supervise a postdoctoral fellow in the provision of therapy and forensic assessment at Rocky Mountain Psychology.

I earned a doctorate degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. This included four years of course work and practicum clinical work, and a one-year American Psychological Association approved internship. After receiving my degree, I completed a one-year postdoctoral fellowship at Rocky Mountain Psychology, where I received advanced training in evaluations related to parenting, forensic assessment and expert testimony, neuropsychological assessment, and the practice of psychotherapy.

Prior to receiving my doctorate, I also completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Colorado College, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver.
